Join us in congratulating our Track and Field State Qualifiers, Sumaya Brown and Hana Lohmann, for making GDS history as the first girls to go to the State Championship for Track and Field!

Sumaya Brown - 2nd 400m Dash, 5th Triple Jump, 12th Long Jump
Hana Lohmann - 4th 300m Hurdles, 7th Triple Jump

The FHSAA Track and Field State Championship is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, May 7th, at the University of North Florida - Hodges Stadium.

Mrs. Lohmann and our girls will depart Glades Day School today at 2:00 pm to make their way to Jacksonville. All students and faculty will join together today in a sendoff at 2:00 pm to cheer on our girls!
