Admissions Process

The admissions process begins with the submission of the online application and the nonrefundable $50 application fee. During the process, parent(s) and child will be scheduled for an interview with the Admissions Director.

A copy of the following information is required for the admissions process:

  • Transcript
  • Most recent Report Card
  • Most recent Standardized Test scores (FSA/EDW)
  • SRI score (elementary)
  • Discipline Summary
  • Social Security Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • Student Character Evaluation Forms (2)
  • IEP/504 Plan and Psychological Evaluation, if applicable

Once a student has been accepted, an enrollment fee of $400 must be submitted for enrollment and the following required documents are due prior to attending classes:

  • Florida Certificate of Immunization (form 680)
  • School Entry Health Exam (form 3040)
